Production
in small lots |
| In addition to our competence in manufacturing the non-serial prototypes, we have know-how and equipment necessary to produce a variety of parts in small lots (around 50 pieces per month) and to repeat the lots in cost-cutting and reasonable way. | ・Casting
Flexible combination of our "TM-Process" and full automatic modelling machines, enables us to achieve the high quality and the efficiency of our manufacture. |

・Machining
With more than 200 pallets, we run Simultaneous 5-Axis Machining Centers (FMS). And with 3D Coordinate Measuring Machine (Zeiss), we can guarantee the high precision of products to the level of 0.1 micron. | Principal products of Casting + Machining : Industrial robots, semiconductor manufacturing machines, analytical instruments, electric instruments, industrial machines in general.
